A Genuine list of the jurisdictions entered in the Court of Sessions in Scotland, in pursuance of a late Act of Parliament; with the SUMS claimed by the proprietors as their value. To which is annexed, an alphabetical index, referring to the names of the several claimants and the principal jurisdictions mentioned in the list. The whole being carefully collected with the records of court by James Budge, writer to His Majesty's signet in Edinburgh.
